When we think of sales, the first thing that comes into our minds is a pushy salesman, trying to convince us to buy something we do not need. We do not want to come across to our family and friends as that type of person. But we are having the wrong mindset. Everyone of us is a salesperson to a certain degree. We sometimes have to persuade someone to agree with our way of thinking. But do we browbeat that person to accept our way of thinking? No, we try and get the person to SEE FOR THEMSELVES that what we have to offer is something of value. That is the way we should view our Tripleclicks store. There is something there for everyone. But the customer have to have a need for what we offer. There is a reason why we have two ears and one mouth. We need to listen to what our customers need and then offer them a SOLUTION TO THEIR PROBLEM. When you find a NEED and you are able to FILL IT, then you will make a SALE. Most people do not like to be SOLD. They like to feel that the decision to buy was their own. You go into a store to make a purchase and the salesperson approaches you and ask “How may I help you?” And what is your usual response? “No I’m just looking.” WE DO NOT LIKE TO BE SOLD. “FIND A NEED AND FILL IT” The easiest way to make a sale.
