Do as I have done over the pass 13 years in SFI keep sending group messages to all people in all levels below you and I have seen alot over the years start doing something even 11 months down the road before they get removed. Always make a statement at least once a month telling people they need to login into SFI within 360 days or they will be removed for not being active in SFI. That is all we can do you can lead a horse to water but you cannot force them to drink it same as people who join SFI because it is there business and you make what you do in it. If you do nothing your going to get nothing sorry but true so focus on your people who come to SFI and send thank you letters to them at least once a year who work it. Become friends with all your workers also and show them your really glade to have them part of your team and care about there life also. Like Brother Dale I am really glade your part of my life and my team and always enjoy talking to you on FB over the pass 4 years you been in SFI. So focus on being friends also that is a true team working together for a better tomorrow and I like my new sponsor over the pass year also Rebecca your a true teaam leader.
