I have noticed that a lot of people join SFI because it's free to join then they think that they will be earning loads of money without doing anything. When they see that that is not going to happen they simply fade away.
The only thing you can do is keep in contact with them and try to help them learn and understand how everything works so they can see the "big" picture of the income potential with SFI. Ultimately in the end it's completely up to the affiliate whether they are going to put in the time and effort to successfully run their business.
