Moving up to the higher ranks in SFI definitely creates not only trust but great respect and admiration from your downline. You have heard before "You can talk the talk, but can you walk the walk?" You can't expect your team to do the things you ask of them if you are not even doing them yourself. Great leaders are followed, they are not dragging people behind them. Set the example that you would like your downline to follow. Have a permanent standing order, login daily, promote SFI daily, send encouraging and helpful emails to your downline, study the SFI website inside out and upside down, know your business. Progress steadily upwards on the leader boards. Let them see you in the 'Yesterday's Top Enrollers list as often as you can. Let them see you in the Top 300 VP leader board every month. All of these things command trust and respect and they will look up to you and want to follow your example. If you are never seen in these places and only an affiliate, can you really expect your team to listen to your advice?
