Our team contests are very simple - every person, PSA or CSA, who attains an EA2 gets some Tcredits, typically 5. Every person who gets to BTL gets 10 more.
Some people might say this is excessive, but I find it extremely important to encourage people to become really active here. There is no simple way to get to EA2 or BTL without either sponsoring great team of their own or to become active at TripleClick store or referring lots of ECAs. And those are activities we try to motivate our affiliates to do.
