I think that it all starts with simply getting your downline members to communicate with you. You can tell a lot about the commitment of your people by how much they communicate with you and others. If they are not actively seeking information from you or others, they will probably not even want to understand. Once they do seek information, walk through the SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD with them lesson by lesson. Communicate with them and create your own virtual classroom either via chat or skype. Teach the lesson and answer questions.
SFI has all the tools. We as leaders need to understand each of them and which ones to use with each situation. The key is for the downline members to reach out and ask for help and uplines to communicate that they are available and willing to help. Our success is tied DIRECTLY to theirs.
