What am I doing today (to develop my SFI business) that will matter tomorrow?
Well, the short answer to this question is “EVERYTHING!”

Yes, I’m heading for Diamond Team Leader. This involves earning VersaPoints (VP) and developing an active team – actually a team of “Team Leaders”.
How am I doing this specifically?
1. I work daily towards maintaining my rank as a Bronze Team Leader (BTL) each month by making sure that I earn the 3,000 VP I need to meet the VP requirements to do this. My eye is on the higher Team Leader ranks. BTL is just the minimum I wish to retain each month. It is my “stepping stone”.
But, if my circumstances were to change dramatically, my base level of monthly rank that I REALLY MUST retain each month is that of Executive Affiliate (EA).
2. I earn the 3,000 VP I need by purchasing one pack of 125 TCredits each month. This fulfills the requirement of DTL for 1,500 personal VP. The rest of the VP I need I obtain through earning ACTION VP and through making purchases to develop my team.
3. But my aim is to as quickly as possible purchase a minimum of two packs of 125 TCredits each month. This will ensure that I meet the 3,000 VP requirement for BTL and this will also give me a great “Launchpad” towards STL and higher TL rank.
4. Then I spend my efforts on growing and developing my team. I am fortunate to have one active EA2 – hence I should be able to make BTL each month.
But I don’t want to be complacent. I wish to develop many more EA2s in my team. That will give me depth and certainty and the opportunity to develop team leaders in my team. So we can all become DTLs.
5. So my major goal is to grow my team.
At the moment I am growing my PSAs by purchasing one unit of S-Builder each month, by gaining “free” PSAs through the Pricebenders (PB) “Spin & Win” program and by purchasing them from a ECA. Here I look for the most cost effective products being offered.
And I am growing my CSAs through the CSA Rewards Program and the Second Home CSA program.
6. Then I work with my PSAs and CSAs as best I can. This really depends on them. I can only help them if they want to work. But I keep trying different ways to encourage and motivate them. Now this includes uploading images in my Stream posts and Leadership Page blogs, which I hope will spur their interest.
7. There are two other areas of SFI that I am currently also working on developing.
One is my own marketing/blog campaigns and filtering the results to my team through my co-op. I am still learning how to do this.
The other is the ECA program.
I have my own ECA that I wish to develop more with quality products.
And I also wish to encourage other local businesses to become ECAs too. I am approaching this one product at a time. And I expect my ECA program to develop faster once I can demonstrate that my own ECA store is working well.
Finally, my whole approach to SFI is LONG-TERM. Each day I am trying to build a platform that will one day reap me HUGE rewards. That is my mindset.
