I want to be a good co-sponsor to my CSAs … but I don’t want to overstep boundaries on those who have a great sponsor. How do I fill my role appropriately?
I really value my CSAs. In fact I have strived to be a team leader each month I have been in SFI so that I can get a share of the “second home CSAs”. And now, with the “CSA rewards program” I can earn even more FREE CSAs each month (last month I earned another 17 CSAs in this way.) So I have more CSAs than PSAs and more of them are active too. They are a major contributor to my monthly commissions.
Basically I treat my CSAs just like I do my PSAs. They get the same weekly teammail. I answer any questions they may ask me as quickly as I can and as fully as I can. And I send them tips when I think they need some. I pay particular attention to any on my Movers Tab.
I also seek to develop a relationship with them. Once they respond to one of my emails I will ask them to tell me a little about their SFI story (history) and what their relationship is with their sponsor. And sometimes I look at their sponsor’s profile to see how active they are in SFI.
I also ask my CSAs what they wish to do with their SFI business. Are they happy to just be an EA or are they striving to become a DTL? How I help them depends on their response. And I do reward those who are working with membership of my co-op and with TCredits. But I don’t communicate with their sponsors – I don’t have time to do that.
Basically I think that I can’t control what someone else does in SFI, only what I do. So I try to be the best I can be. I try to write relevant messages to all my team. I do get some positive feedback. And I think that if I am consistent over time that will go a long way to helping and motivating your CSAs to develop their own SFI businesses. Of course if I succeed their sponsor receives a larger share but that cuts both ways. The work my teams co-sponsors do for my PSAs may also increase my commissions too.
