First of all, we do not know whether our CSAs have great sponsors or not.
All we can find out from the available Data through Genealogy, Movers, etc is whether the CSAs in our Team are active and performing or not.
Based on that every Co-Sponsor is needed to act, support and work together with them in order to make them stronger in terms of their daily activities, performance, achievements, and earning an income regularly.
As Co-Sponsors, we do earn based on their activities.
Hence, there is nothing like over stepping boundaries on those who have a great sponsor.
We have no provision to understand the performance of their Sponsors. We really will not be able to understand the type support our CSAs receive from them.
Our job is to keep motivating our CSAS with our performance and achievements, inspire them with appropriate gifts for their achievements, performance, etc and appreciate them when some thing is done efficiently, through e-cards.
Acknowledging their efforts through simple “Thank You” card will go a long way in encouraging them to do better and advance in their ranks. Simply put, “It’s all working together to grow and earn continuously”
First and foremost is to establish good rapport with them through regular communication. At the same time we should not bombard them with frequent mails. Good common sense should prevail here.
Finally, they should feel that they have got a trust worthy person with whom they can share anything.
When we ensure this, there is nothing that they would hesitate to sharing with us i.e. the Co-Sponsors.
Ultimately, when this happens, the Co-Sponsor can feel that not only he/she has become a good Co-Sponsor but at the same has filled his/her role appropriately.
As for as SFI business is concerned, whether we are Sponsors or Co-Sponsors we have equal responsibility to assist our Team Members and ensure they keep growing continuously. It’s always, “Growing Together”. When this feeling prevails, we can certainly “Build Something Big” this year and thereafter.
