The way I do is search in my movers who is online and try to chat with them (is a very friendly way).
Another way is through affiliates snapshot. I look how my movers are working and try to help them sending some tips with a warm team mail or e-cards.
Note: I didn't receive answers of most of them, but I persist week by wee, someday they'll answer my mails. I open the communication then they'll see if they want my help or not, some are very skeptycal and some are more open-minded but I try day by day.
