If your CSA's already have a great sponsor, chances are they will never ask you for help, because they are getting all the help they need. But you have no way of knowing that for sure (unless they tell you).
Just make sure they know you are there if needed, and keep in touch through a weekly newsletter, touching on new developments, and include a brief motivational message if you can. That way you are giving them a different perspective, and a lifeline in case they don't get the help they need from their sponsor.
I can tell you from personal experience that words of encouragement from my co-sponsor are just as welcome as if they came from my sponsor. Without my co-sponsor, I might not be here today.
What I do is welcome my new CSA's as soon as they are assigned to me, tell them I am part of their up-line support team, that I am ready and willing to help them build their business, and give them my direct contact information (they can get it from their up-line link anyway, but I like to think giving to them makes me seem more approachable).
I also monitor their progress. When they reach milestones I congratulate them, even if they have never asked for my help, and remind them I am there to help if needed.
I have several CSA's who often ask questions, and I am happy to answer them exactly the same way I would if they were a PSA.
Remember, your CSA's are just as important to your success as your PSA's are. You may only get 15% commissions on their purchases, but if like me you have more CSA's than PSA's, that 15% can add up to more than the 45% commissions you earn on your PSA's spending.
