Other tips of leading and managing my SFI team besides sending weekly newsletters are as follows:-
1. Use of stream posts:- Use stream post to communicate with your downline salient points on team building, advertsiement, encouragement and praising them when they have achieved certain goals. This communication cuts across your PSAs and CSAs.
2. Another tip is by using E cards:- With the E-CARDS, you can send messages to your PSAs/CSAs, welcoming them, sending them links of where to advertise etc. This indeed is a useful tool as you can send specifically to the recipient intended for.
3. Use of Social Media Sites:- If you have been using some social media sites like Facebook, Whatsapp, Skype to communicate with your downline, you can still use that medium. There you can give links to your blogs for them to see new ideas, tips or products that you are currently promoting. This will give them an insight and devise means of having their own blog to promote Tripleclicks products.
4. Through SFI co op:- This tool is useful as its a win win situation for you and your downlines. You can set it up once you are an EA2 and above. This medium is SFI advertising tool where you collectively as a team pay for advertisement. Once the sign ups come in, it is evenly distributed to all recipient in that co op. Those new PSAs will now work with their new sponsors, if active, will explode your team's earnings and growth.
5. Sending Gift Certificates:- This tool can be used to appreciate hard working affiliates in your team for their achievements. This creates alot of activities and encourages other team members to strive for the best.
6. Encourage them of having a Standing Order:- This you will highlight to them the importance of a Standing Order and its benefits. As a team leader, we would give them a list of products that will help them grow their business. Such could be purchase of t credits to bid in auctions of PSAs, CSAs or s builder packs. For each 10 bid, a spin for a full or part psa. This is a gradual building of your team but better as you are trying to build a steady flow of income.
7. Reassignment Tool:- The SFI's Reassignment tool provides you with a great way to provide action, upgrade, and team-building incentives and rewards to PSAs and CSAs in your downline. A great tool for sparking growth and momentum in your team. This tool is only available for Executive Affiliates and Team Leaders.
These are some tips of leading and managing your SFI team as the main aim is to keep an open communication with your team, keep recruiting, sponsoring affiliates, selling Tripleclicks products and the earning potential of your team will explode.
