It's a very nice idea to start building ones SFI business right away. Building it faster would definitely requires additional efforts to ensure you are building the right team. Care must be taken, as essence of building the team will be lost without the right foundations for the team. Also, resources might be wasted if you do not do it right.
To build team faster, here
1. Develop your Leadership skills.
It's very important to be well vast with the SFI business so as to be able to lead others. Many affiliate's or team rather becomes weak due to the inability of the Team Leader to direct and guide them through the growing phase. So study all the Training materials, read Forum post etc so you can have much to feed to your team members.
2. GET MORE PSAs
Now after developing your Leadership skill, acquire as many PSAs as possible from advertising, ECA store, PSA2GO, S-builder Co-op, Tripleclicks Pricebender and etc. Begin Duplicating them into EAs and then into Team Leaders. Gradually teach them the rules and lead by example.
2. SET UP A VERY ACTIVE CO-OP
Getting active PSAs has always been one of the most frustrating aspect of Sponsoring, at SFI. Help the less privileged amongst the team and the whole team in general. Help the grow into TLs with the aid of co-op. I. have received 12PSAs from my Sponsors Co-op last month and one of them is presently a Fast Track Member and has qualified for the E365 finals with other promising affiliates. This way the whole team grow together, and faster.
3. OFFER INCENTIVES
Incentives, Gifts helps team to be very active. The team grows faster as they will be participating in most of the activities related to building the team. Appreciate the hard working affiliates and they will support then better.
4. START A TEAM CONTEST
Sometimes enough isn't just enough to get what you want. Haven offers so much and while doing the above, you could start a contest to help them stay active, or get back. Just a "crazy contest", I call it, "Top 5, Longest Daily VP Streak". It could run for two months, and more. You use this to keep them active if the gifts are very enticing. For such a contest, they will be mandated to gather at least 10VP daily, from there some will pick up courage to make purchases at the store, and you will find out you are making progress. Such contest is simple as they are just to return back, and for someone like me.....If a 50Tcredit is attached to each winner, trust me they will return.
