If I won the lottery, I'd use some of the money to build my team of SFI affiliates as fast as I could, and this is how I'd do it:
1. I'd get 20 000 affiliates as soon as possible, through various ways, some of which would likely include:
Paying others to advertise for me
S-Builder Co-op
PSAs to Go
Bid & Build
2. Once I have my 20 000 affiliates, I'd monitor and support these affiliates for about two to three weeks, maybe for as long as five weeks, and then select my best 155 (a bit less than 1% of the 20 000)
3. I'd reassign some of these PSAs to other PSAs,
4. Then I'd reassign those PSAs (so that who they are reassigned to gets them and their PSAs)
I'd now have something that looks a bit like this:

5. I'd gift some or all affiliates on the 3rd level with TCredits or Gift Certificates that they can use to get themselves to a point of having enough VP to qualify as at least EA2
6. I'd gift some or all affiliates on the 2nd level with TCredits or Gift Certificates that they can use to get enough VP to qualify as BTL. If I gift only some, it would be the ones who'd been reassigned the ones who will make it to EA2 through my helping them.
7. I'd gift affiliates on the 1st level (my PSAs) with TCredits or Gift Certificates that they can use to get enough VP to qualify as STL. If I gift only some, it would be the ones who'd been reassigned the ones who will make it to BTL through my helping them.
This, in addition to my own purchases at TripleClicks, gives me enough VP and enough STL's to make me GTL.
NOTE: This is purely an example of how to build a team quickly. There is no guarantee, even though you chose your most active 155 affiliates of the 20 000, that they will continue to be active without you financing their "activity".
