Recruiting, building and appropriate leading your team of affiliates is a crucial for success in a SFI business. Just recruiting an affiliate without a persistent work with them, give no results. SFI team, just like any other team, expects from you as their coach, leadership based on knowledge, advices, support, encouragement and persistence. So, tips for leading and managing your down lines should be:
- Lead your team by example. Do what you want from them to do: log in to SFI daily, set up Standing Order, advertise SFI, take a part in TC Pricebender Auctions, etc.
- Point them to your SFI Leadership page, Facebook page and your own blog/site to spread their knowledge, and find answers on their questions,
- Learn them to learn and to recruit their own team,
- Offer them a support via Stream posts, Forum, private mails, Skype, etc.
- Encourage and reward hard-working affiliates by reassigning your downlines to them, by Award Gift Certificates and T-Credits
