The fastest way to build a team is by making a small financial investment in a team.
For new affiliates, the fastest way is by:
1- Becoming a Gold Fast track member and getting the New Member Pack(NMP).
2- Setting up a standing order for at least 1500 VP
This will take a small financial investment, but will get them their EA2 status sooner rather than later.
The next step will be to LEARN about the responsibilities of a Sponsor and Co-sponsor and work on those responsibilities.
Buy some PSA's from TripleClicks and/or advertise to sponsor your own. In 2 months a serious affiliate could have a team of both CSA's and PSA's and some experience leading them.
The next step will take you into the third month, you must concentrate on doing what you can to keep your affiliates active. Follow the tips for being an awesome sponsor and be on your way.
For affiliates who have been around, but haven't been building a team, the fastest way is to:
-Set up a standing order for at least 1500 VP
-Get your EA2 status
-Buy PSA's form PSA to Go or S-Builder Co-op
-Get more involved in the forum, Ask SC, Bidding and the games.
Concentrate on duplication and being active.
Get to know the team building actions that are required of you and take action.
