Otherwise, if you are looking for a strong team of quality affiliates than quantity in first place, go for your own advertising and recruiting as our founder Mr. Gery Carson says:

The best method is recruit persons directly or one-on-one recruiting. Start with your kith&kin, close friends, colleagues,etc. that share your view points. 2-5 quality affiliates are all that required to start your business on a fast track. This method has its own merits too. You know very well your affiliates, their background, their desires, their shortcomings,etc. You can access them at anytime and give an advice or help they needed in a timely manner. The communication barrier is no more there instead, there's a strong bond exists in case of direct recruits. You can assess the results immediately and plan well for the coming months and set your Goals accordingly. Therefore, concentrate on building a team of strong affiliates in lesser quantity than buying or sourcing huge quantity of affiliates.
