You yourself will need to have the same attributes as well as being an awesome sponsor. You will have to ignite the passion and fan the drive to succeed in your team. If you can get them to do the same with their own teams they would be practicing duplication and this will lead to success in SFI.
You team members, to be successful, must be good communicators. Teach and encourage them to communicate with you regularly and for them to ask question etc..Again this is something that can be developed.
