The answer lies in ensuring and reminding them:
1. To white-list emails from SFI News and TripleClicks News Letters/Announcements.
2. To sign up for the SFI and TipleClicks News Letters/Announcements.
Preferably to a valid and daily operational email address they use.
You could also send them these newsletters as a TeamMail through your genealogy, as and when you receive them to ensure they get these important announcements. Either by copying and pasting them onto your TeamMail email, or by selecting important text fields to highlight the important facts to them, and then include a link to the original article, or announcement.
You could also use your Stream Post tab, under your To-Do list actions, and inform them their of the new announcements/newsletters by pasting a link to the official article, or announcement on the SFI News webpage.
I would not waste much more effort nor time on this than by doing the above, as this is time spent more valuably working with your workers, training, support, signing up new PSA's, working on your own business, remember, you can lead a horse to the water but cannot make it drink. I.e. do the basics above, and let some initiative come from below, you cannot spoon feed your affiliates all the way, this will stunt their own personal growth.
