You can not ensue that your affiliates do anything.
They have to be interested in the outcome of reading everything.
They have to really want to work SFI.
They have to set aside the time to do the reading.
They may not even be reading your communications.
Start by assuming that they are reading what you send them and they are just not responding. If you want a hint of who is reading your mail, make a mistake in something minor and send a "please excuse the error" letter. That seems to stir some of them.
Keep your notes short and easy to read. Keeping positive is a must. No one wants to follow a grump and no one wants to be involved with a failure. There is a positive in every negative. Find it before you begin to write.
Many people resist reading so you must show them what they will gain from reading everything. The crew at SFI/TC have too much to do already than spending more time sending out junk. Everything has a purpose both on the SFI web site and in it's mailings.Show that you respect the Corporate Team, that they work hard to ensue our success as long as we do our part.Explain the need to read the News Alerts, Newsletters, etc.
Reading and comprehending takes time. Most people do not have that already in their daily schedule. The new ones may need instruction on how to make time for SFI.
Many affiliates are not fully sold on the company or their own ability to make it work. You must tell them what is so great about SFI, working at home, online business, and leveraging time and investments. Be respectful. We have many ASK SC questions to help you with this
They may or may not read your mailings, but keep sending them out. Write 4 to 6 of this type of letter and send them out routinely. I send them out to all with less than 500 VP. That catches the newbies, the quitters, and the undecided. It doesn't really matter if they get a letter twice. They didn't get what you were saying the first or second time. Just be sure they are quality, easy to understand letters. You will have a new group of affiliates, PSA and CSA that you will be adding to your mailing list.
Always write like you expect they are reading.
