The best way for that is to keep them busy.
Lots of people join SFI and think thats job like every other where someone will tell
them what to do,they will do it and earn money.
But here we build our team and create our private busines with SFI and TripleClicks.
And thats importand to tell new affiliates,but when they start working they are easy confused,
so you cant throw all information on them in one day.
So the best way will be to actually tell them exactly what to do for first couple days until they
realize how SFI works.
And in my opinion new affiliate who understand what he must do to earn money and how all
this works,he will never quit,after one month working with him and be there for him if he needs you,he will have own ideas and plans for future in SFI and you get yourself a Team Leader.
