Send the welcome message. Make sure they know and understand that you are there to help them along. Let them know that SFI is not a scam or hype. Continue to provide the guidance that is needed.
Beyond that, like I mentioned above, it is up to the individual if they want to take advantage of all of the perks building a business with SFI.
