What would be a good message or letter to send to my PSAs about the new CSA Rewards Program?
This is the SPECIAL TeamMail (Chat) that I have sent to my WHOLE team – both my PSAs and CSAs.
Please feel free to use it and/or change it in any way you like.
Notice I have not repeated the news item in my TeamMail. But I hope I have encouraged my team enough by what I have said about it, so that they will go and study this news release themselves. Then I have invited them to get back to me so that I can help them plan their strategy to take advantage of this program.
And I have linked it to the “Second Chance Fast Track Program”. I did this because I want them to realize that IF THEY DO BOTH they will be achieving SO MUCH MORE than if they only did the new CSA Rewards Program.
In my opinion I think the New CSA Rewards Program helps make the Second Chance Fast Track Program more affordable.

Read it carefully and then email me – tell me how many additional NEW CSAs you think you can earn by the end of the month – that’s by February 29, 2016?
I’ve already done this exercise for myself and I estimate that I will receive about 20 NEW CSAs this month under this new program – AND THAT IS WITHOUT ME DOING ANYTHING EXTRA!
HOW KOOL IS THAT!!!
Now I’m studying what I can do to increase the number of NEW CSAs I WILL receive even more.

I am. In fact I am trying to work out how I can increase my Standing Order (SO) before the end of February 2016 so that I can be REWARDED with EVEN MORE new CSAs.
My current SO was for 1,500 VP, (which is one pack of 125 TCredits). But only yesterday I increased it to 1,780 by including one unit of S-Builder.
AND now I am dreaming of how I can further increase my SO to 2,000 VP and even to 3,000 VP.
WOW!! If I can achieve that I will earn another 10 new CSAs each month PLUS up to THREE shares in the 25,000 Bonus CSA pool.
Am I going to fast for you?
