I encourage you to get your team to build their own Down-Line builder websites. This can be a training site for those who are already sponsored by you or it can be motivation for those you are trying to recruit. I have a website that I promote to recruit PSA's and TC members. It give my team a little inspiration everyday.
I do not come off as the "Recruiting" type when I promote on Social media. I try to make others feel I have a desire to help them earn an income online by coaching them every step of the way rather than making them feel like I am just trying to recruit as many members as I can. It is important to make that clear when promoting a business. No one wants to work for someone who is just out for themselves. They want a mentor to show them the ropes. Once you find that connection, they are pretty much in.
Also, being this type of leader and promoter encourages your team to follow your style. I believe this has better outcome on the marketing side!!
