SFI being an international company, naturally English alone can be expected as the Main language for communication. However, the following options are available to communicate effectively both with SFI & your Team.
1. Using the Translator facility provided by SFI. There are very good sites that help in
Translating English text in to various other languages and vise versa. Please do a
Google search and you will be able to find them or Try these:
www.freetranslation.com; babelfish.altavista.com, or World Lingo,.
2. Taking part in your Country’s Forum .
3. Reassigning the PSAs to a performing PSA of their country, in your Team.
4. Exchanging CSAs of other countries with CSAs of your country through the CSA
exchange program provided by SFI.
5. Create A2A friends from countries, from where you have your majority of team members, and seek their help on specific issues.
6. In case English is the problem for you to communicate, if you are so committed to
SFI business for a long term, then its better to learn the language from now onwards.
Again, there are Free Tutorials available in the net which you can make use of.
7. Alternative will be, if you have institutes that offer English Communication courses in
your Country, you can join them. It will help a lot.
Finally, please strive to introduce more people from your Own Country/Region/Area which can effectively help you to build your Team quickly.
