1. First decide on the number of affiliates that will take part in your on line seminar. Based on this, you can decide on the platform to use. Select a platform that allows higher number of participants.
2. Based on the country of origin of your affiliates fix the time zone and mention it very clearly in advance.
3. Do not fix your on line seminar on week ends. Week ends are supposed to be for spending time with dear ones. Your affiliates may not like the idea if you try to do it on week ends and holidays.
4. Have a simple landing Page where your affiliates can sign up easily.
5. Link your landing page to the platform you originally selected to conduct your on line seminar.
6. Your on line seminar URL should be short and easy to remember for your affiliates to hook themselves without any difficulties.
7. Have the duration fixed – may be an hour will do to start with. In order to keep the participants focused, please create slides on important aspects of SFI like:
• Back Ground of SFI
• A Brief on Gery – the Founder – how he rose to this level
• Brief on TripleClicks, products, safe delivery, payment options
• Rules of Success & how they can be followed
• Marketing Methods & Aids & how they can be used
• Free & Paid Advertising sources to build Team
• Signing Bonus, Milestone shares, Fast Track Member Benefits, W3 Program – how all these will help every affiliate to build their own team, grow & succeed
• Income opportunities through ECA/Promotion of other ECAs/Garage Sales/PRM/
Transfer Buying from local ECAs, etc
• Significance of having a Standing Order
• Focus on Designated Diamond Program
• Your commitment to support your affiliates – How & in what ways?
8. Try and have an interactive question and answer session. If it is not possible because of time constraint, then leave your E-Mail and ask them to send their questions.
9. Seek your participant’s opinion and try to have follow up on line seminars at regular intervals.
10. Have experienced Leaders to support you during your on line seminar who can handle different aspects of the meeting.
11. If you want to have a successful training session, then better prepared to offer the affiliates both before and after the seminar, with gift certificates or TCredits or any product from TripleClicks (not so costly and affordable) so that they will be motivated to take part in future seminars as well remain active in SFI.
12. Keep the seminar lively, fun and joyful without losing its focus.
13. Do not forget to thank the participants sincerely both at the beginning and ending of the seminar, for taking time off to participate, amidst their busy schedules.
