I think many people have the same problem.
Good communication is crucial, you really need to be able to assure your affiliates that SFI has a great earning potential for themselves in the near future. Which is true, off course. Other than that they need to know the purpose of them joining SFI. For instance, do they plan to open an ECA store and sell products at TripleClicks or plan to grow a team.
In order to make people understand that, here is what I think you should do:
- Using translation programs will help, but even more helpful would be if you had any background knowledge of that particular language whatsoever.
- If not, then really you should try to keep it as simple as you can. Write very short, direct sentences, so you can avoid any big possible grammar mistakes. You should also try to communicate through email messages, not via live chat.
- At the end, if some language is too difficult to translate even with the all helping programs available, than the English is the only real solution. Everyone knows at least some basic English words. Stick to that.
