The key to communicating this language of business is “understanding” and this means one can still make himself or herself understood to people who do not converse in the same spoken language, in this case English.
The easiest way to do this is by using Translation tools. Almost every major language of the world can now be easily translated online. In fact even the SFI homepage has a translation tool at the bottom. However, if you would like to send your new affiliate a message in their own language, just write down the message in English and check it for any spelling and grammar errors before translating it using other translation tools available on Google. If the affiliate writes to you in a language other than English, you can of course still use the translator. It will not be perfect but it will be understood!
Another way of minimising the language barrier is to re-assign your new non-English speaking affiliate to a PSA within your team who speaks their language. You are not really losing that affiliate, as he or she will still be in your downline.
