I try to purchase all English speaking affiliates. If I get non-English speaking affiliates
from SFI as a prize,for reaching EA2 or auctions,I ask them if they speak English.
Be sure and keep a page in Notepad for saving the answer to that question! You sure do not want to ask them again.
Ask all your active team members if they speak more than one language.Write that down too.
Then you will be in a better position to reassign them where they will receive help.
Do not try to do it all yourself.You want to best outcome for all your affiliates.
