I don’t think it is a matter of convincing, rather understanding and creating a close
communication or relationship . English is a wide spoken language and you will
be surprised by how many countries are spoken around the world.
The first thing I always do when I get sign up is checking their primary language on my
Notification, and 9 out of 10 times they put their primary language English even if they

Before I discover this, in the past, means when I was not looking what their primary
Language was, I used to just look where they are from and translate my welcome letter

They tell me their English is not that good , but I see them write very well, I just give them

You also have many options, for one you can use a translator, we virtually have every
Native language to communicate with, it is just a matter of time consuming, but if we
Make a difference in their life and build our team that shouldn’t matter.
You can also assign them to their native language speaker, but ask their permission first.
If you are a great sponsor to them , they want to stay with you and don’t want to switch,
But that also sometimes comes in to the territory when you want to grow your team to
Benefit all if you want to assign one to help another. So your good relationship with them
From the beginning will solve all this problem. Beside you are all teams , need and
Should work together to prosper as a team.
