1. Let them understand the purpose of the social media so as not to abuse it.
The social media is for interaction and it needs to be so.
2. Let them build relationship first before introducing SFI to anyone.
It is so annoying when people just burst into your privacy and tell you about their business. They are talking to people, they don't know.
Many people do this to me on facebk and i don't even give them face.
3. Let them join related groups on the social media on facebook and linkedin e.g Online groups, business, marketing, entrepreneur, work from home etc to rub minds together and to learn and listen to others in the group before telling people about SFI.
4. By doing 3 above, they can give comments from questions asked by individuals in the group, relating SFI to them if possible.
What people want is to join a program told them by people they trust.
5. With 1-4 in place, they can now begin their advert using the content marketing technique.
6. There are rules and regulations on these social media and they must advertize SFI in a way that their link or profile is not blocked.
These are the ways i operate my SFI on the social media and get recruits.
They must know the do's and dont's on the social media and comply by them.
