Before I proceed any further I would emphasise that there is no quickest way or a short cut to become a DTL! My concluding paragraph clearly highlights this aspect.
1. First & foremost requirement is to recruit more & more i.e. as many affiliates as possible you in order to find at least five”gems” who are serious about building a successful business.
2 .Follow “The Plan” (url www.sfimg.com/the_plan) ;use these strategies to help create activity and to identify your future PTLs To attain this you have to -work with the workers all the time. Once they are identified, work closely with each of your five. Remember that your success depends directly on their success.
They are the key elements of SFI; make it a point to be always with them, guiding, sharing info and motivating them Stay focused in their progress on a day to day basis!! In the simplest terms possible, your goal is to attain the rank of DTL (Diamond Team Leader). The minimum requirements to be a DTL are:
• 1500 VersaPoints from sales and/or purchases
• Develop 5 PTLs (Platinum Team Leaders) on your first level That’s it
3. Work together as a team, leading by example; exercise dedication and persistence! We need to focus on sponsoring and recruiting the easy and best way to build a team.
The different methods of recruitment of affiliates are as follows:-
a) through PSA’s to go,
b) through S-builder Units
c) through one of our ECA’s in TripleClicks store
d) recruiting through your personal blogs,
e) by placing Ads in your personal domain/ websites
f) advertising through free sites that leads to get free sign-up PSA’s.
4. Promote and encourage the new recruits to participate in the Fast Track Program; this is one of the few programs which can immensely benefit them as well as you . Tell them the importance and benefits of being a Fast Track Member especially for qualifying as an EA2 instantly. And for that we can easily deploy “DUPLICATION” as the greatest part of the plan .Keep this up and soon your five will find chosen affiliates as EAs, BTLs, STLs, GTLs, and finally PTLs…making YOU a DTL. But make sure you focus ONLY on the next rank for them. If they’re only a BTL, focus only on them getting to STL!
5. Conclusion:
At the same time always remember that you cannot develop (5) five PTLs overnight or even in your first two years. It’s a persistent, patience enduring ,gradual step by step process, You will not be able to develop 5 PTLs that easily. Never lose hope but just keep working with “The Plan”, moving gradually towards the goal, and you will get there! At the same time enjoy this journey and reap all the satisfaction & joy in accomplishing your mission to reach the DTL milestone!!
