We have less than two weeks before Valentines Day. So our primary concern is time. It takes time for the promotion and it takes time for shipping, or local pick up.
Next we would want to narrow our search to a few nice items that are traditionally given at this time of year. Rings, jewelry, jewelry boxes, perfume, after shave/cologne, scented home-made soaps, clothing, sports equipment, etc.
You will want to advertise these items either in the country of the ECA, or within say, one hours' drive for pick-up. You need to do this immediately because few customers will buy the first moment they spot the ad.
I would suggest that now is the time to begin to plan your promotions for Easter in March, Mother's Day in May, and Father's Day in June, along with the June weddings. This will leave more time for shipping so you can widen your target areas.
