Personally, I think that a seminar would be no help.
To do this, all your PSA should speak the same language.
People from all over the world are normally recorded.
Some speak English, others Spanish etc etc.
Think of the tools provided SFI you, as communication mode.
As you write, ask them questions.
They need to know?
