The quickest way to become a Diamond Team Leader is to put that achievement to the back of your mind when setting your priorities.

Instead, focus on helping your top producing PSAs become the best they can be;

- re-assign less productive PSAs to them - you only need 5 in your first generation
- work with them as closely as possible - think of yourself as their coach
- send them DD invitations - give them the extra prestige and incentives on offer
- reward and recognize their achievements - success breeds success

When you are successful in helping 5 people become Platinum Team Leaders, then it is time to start thinking about earning any extra VP you might need to become a DTL.

Also, focus on quality rather than quantity when recruiting. Think of your ads as filters rather than magnets.
