Its a new year and new rules my friend, I say FOLLOW THE PLAN, pardon me if I just shouted. No more short cuts to becoming a Team Leader at SFI, you have to work strategically and be commited to The PLAN except you have gotten enough money to setup your Team Members upto Platinum Leadership.
Recently the rules for Diamond Teamleadership states that you must have Minimum 1,500 sales VersaPoints and Minimum (5) first-level Platinum Team Leaders, could it be more easier?!! Yes only if you stick with the PLAN and work it out strategically. But yes here are the few strategy to reach the DTL goal. Starting with the basics
1. Setup a Standing Order
This is an important aspect of reaching the goal A minimum of 1500VP or more from sales will make up the total VP in achieveing the goal. This applies to your members who will work with you to reach the goal.
2. Build a Team of Leaders
No more Leadership without relevant followers. You need just 5 first level PSA to become a PTL to achieve this. Look out for those who are determined to go all the way up with you. You must give everything you have to ensure they keep up their Team leadership.
3. Assign Designated Diamond Team Leaders
You need to look out for all those who will qualify for EA every month to assign DD to. Its $200 dollars Sign up bonus for reaching the goals at the right time. This would help them want to grow the business. And as they grow, you grow too and DTL will reach you soon.
4. Use Reassigning Tools
In case you have enough PSAs who are active, instead of leaving them scattered under you, assign EAs to BTLs, BTLs to STLs and this way you have GTLs and PTPs under you sooner than planned. It what I call Team work, "hands helping hands". Try it out.
5. Acquire Enough PSAs
Its already know that out of 100 New PSAs you may only be luck to have 10 who will login daily for a year and maybe 5PSA will continue. Why not join the quest for New PSAs daily by joining the Pricebender Auction, Setting up a S-builder Co-op, and advertise daily and see how much you will earn in a month.
6. Look out for slipping Team Leaders
Its just a matter of time, you will find out that some Team Leaders are slipping off their Leadership Position, always look out for them. Remember to offer them Gift certificate to help them keep up. Sacrifices must be made to reach the top, and they are your ladder to reaching their, if they go bad, you lose your grip as well.....
7. Never Stop Learning
If you must reach the top of a class you need to study hard. If you must reach the DTL position you must be rightly informed as well as you Team. Stick to the Forum for more wisdoms from the " GURUs", study the weekly newsletter, learn more courage. Teach your Team all that you know and they will aspire to be like you, which in turn gets you to you destination.
8. Humble Yourself
Don't be too big to ask your Sponsor for help or direction. He/She can be the right tool to helping you with your quest. Acknowledge him/her in your messages to the Team and anytime you receive from him/her. One PSA from your Sponsor could complete the Team you need to becoming A DTL.
He that must eat the honey from the rock, never looks at the mouth of the Axe....No giving up, no relenting, no slips, look ahead DTL is right in front of you. Keep up does strategies. Be consistent with your daily actions, its a good sign of good leadership and let all PSA follow you.
