First of all master the rudiments of the game by knowing or having a working knowledge of SFI. Then become an EA2 and recruit 5 motivated affiliates and guide them to EA status.
Move on to Bronze Team Leadership and help your 5 EAs to become EA2 and encourage them to get their own 5 EAs each. Having a standing order of 1500vp will help to accelerate the process further.
Then move on to Silver Team Leadership with your EA2s becoming BTLs and their EAs becoming EA2s and helping the EA2s have their own 5 EAs each.
Next comes the GTL rank and when you achieve this, help your BTLs become STLs and their EA2s become BTLs and their EAs become EA2s while helping the EAs recruit their own affiliates and guide them to EAs or more.
Become PTL, and your team in their levels: GTLs; STLs; BTLs; EA2s and then EAs.
Then the maximo, DTL!
Climb now to Diamond Team Leadership having 5 PTLs, 25 GTLs, 125 STLs, 625BTLs, 3125 EA2s and 15625EAs.
If you desire it passionately enough and you're good recruiter, you can move from one rank to the other each month and in 6 months (all things being equal), you'll achieve your dream.
