My suggestion is to try communicating with those who do not speak English in their own language, at least initially, until you have taught them how to use the translation tool on the SFI site.
Try using a tool like Google Translate when preparing your emails (the one on the SFI site appears to be a branded version of Google Translate, so it will work the same, but I usually prepare my emails outside of SFI, and the in-house translator does not appear in the team email window).
Just be careful when you do this.
My practice is to write my message, translate it into whatever language I need, then copy and past the resulting translation into the FROM box (on the left in Google Translate), and have it translated back into English, to make sure my message is getting across. Sometimes I have to adjust the wording so the message does not get lost in translation!
Your message to them should be that you are willing to work with them to make sure they understand what they are doing, even if that means you have to spend time translating until they get the hang of things.
If you already have an established team member who speaks their language, you can help both of them by re-assigning them. Just make sure they understand why you are doing it.
