My tip would be to answer the questions that the Negative team members may have. I am assuming that if they are negative, they may not be asking any questions. All you can do is provide them with the facts and your opinion. In the end it will be up to them to either have a negative or a positive outlook on the SFI business.
Now, I wouldn't exhaust a lot of time on negative nay-sayers. Focus your attention to the team members that are genuinely asking and needing your guidance. Focus on the ones that want to make a difference and change their lives for the better.
