Follow the sfi rules of success
Read, understand and follow carefully the specific rank requirements and strive to meet up.
Work with your team, guide, advice and encourage them the best possible way.
Encourage hard work and achievements.
Promote your team, set goals and reward those who meet up.
Share your personal experiences with them.
Refer them to news news, games etc
Make friends and share ideas with leaders of higher ranks than you.
Visit and learn from forum daily.
Ask your sponsor and up lines questions on areas you need to be clarified.
Above all never play with building you team members, remember the more positive members you have the more you produce leaders down line then before too long you will become a DD. Wow see you at the top.
