It must be difficult to deal with. Negative atattitudes are quiet hard to manage. You can't built a strong team. Unless, you stay strong and positive. Then: *Set them aside on your inspiration list. *Find a few who believes in you/build a strong team. *Each steps of your success show it to those who are negative. *And their change from negative to positive will follow while you are busy achieving you goals.
