Lead your team by personal example and attitude.
Insist on legality of the business and realistic expectations.
Demystify the misconception and misleads.
If positive people change their attitude from negative to positive, they will remain a part of your team.
If they are still negative about SFI, you have no team yet.
Try to avoid negative people, they have the victim's attitude.
Thus, they can not succeed in this business.
