1. If NO answer, the person is either not interested (or skeptic) or the email landed in the SPAM folder.
2. If NEGATIVE answer, the person is either not interested or skeptic.
3. IF POSITIVE answer, the person is either keenly or vaguely interested.
Now you need to refine the results from negative to positive.
1. If NO answer, send a second (duplicate) email AND an email "Did you get my email? No? Check your SP@M folder!"
2. If NEGATIVE answer, find out if the person is skeptic or not. Clarify that you are legit.
3. If POSITIVE answer, find out how interested the person are. And clarify any questions they may have.
4. If POSITIVE & KEEN, you got your lead! Now keep it.
