Transfer buying is simply buying something you would normally buy anyway, but buying it through TripleClicks rather than a different supplier. You are in the US, so have an advantage over most of us, in that you can buy pretty much anything you want as a transfer buy.
What is best? That depends entirely on your lifestyle. Write out a list of everything you or your family buy on a regular basis. Then go through the list, search for each item in TripleClicks, and you may be surprised how many things you could transfer buy. Nutritional supplements, cosmetics, coffee, cleaning products, to name just a few starting points.
I have read a lot of responses recommending TCredits as the best thing to transfer buy. The trouble with that is, TCredits cannot possibly be a transfer buy. You wouldn't normally be buying TCredits if you weren't a TC member, and nobody outside of TC can sell them.
Perhaps those suggesting TCredits meant to say they are the best thing you can buy with a Standing Order, in which case I agree with them.
