You can build several of these types of pages that reach several niche audiences and gather email addresses by offering a newsletter. So you don't have to be limited to only one page. Use your imagination and reach as many people as you can. But don't spread yourself too thin either. Get very good at one before you add more. And work on each one you add diligently.
