Your Designated Diamond is not a new arrival to your team- he is your active worker whom you have selected and invited as DD because you acknowledged his potential, his hard work, dedication and performance, and with whom you have already built a strong working relationship and can work towards your mutual goal to become DTLs.
As the DD Program is directly aligned with The Plan, it formalizes this process with this simple method of inviting worthy candidates for DTL.
As soon as your new Designated Diamond accepts your DD invitation, you can just send a short personal message on team mail, or an E-Card, acknowledging the acceptance, and emphasizing the importance of the DD program to both of you.
You can then discuss the 3-way commitment of the DD program, that the $200 SB is SFI’s commitment to both of you, to help your DD and you build a strong and great business. That you, as Sponsor, commit to your DD and your DD commit to you, which are listed down in the DD Program to make this work and provide guidelines to follow.
With this commitment firmly puts in place and understood, you are on your way to building really something great in SFI!
