In order to work efficiently together, you should communicate with your Designated Diamonds and you must communicate effectively with your Designated Diamonds. In SFI, there are many different communication tools available, for example, e-mail, PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer,etc.
And second I think is the communication skill. When beginning communications with your DDs, you should be brief, paring down your words to the essentials and let the power of your simple phrases do the heavy lifting for you. And back up your ideas with knowledge. A little research goes a long way to improving your point and winning over your audience.
The third is always be positive. Avoid negativism.
