I as an EA and BTL on two occasions and having 700+ team members in my Genealogy(PSA,S and CSA.S) included...I am answering the 4th reminder in my email for Ask Questyion Alert.I am aware of my negligent attitude.Nevertheless i presume to spare a thought of the importance of the Ask SC tab and the importance for affilates to refer to Ask SC tab for guidance to any topic if and when they find difficulty in their day to day activity in SFI.
The question before me is what good welcome letter should be for a REASSIGNED PSA be.In my opinion in my welcome email to reassigned PSA,S would be more encouraging with a gift certificate and stressing the need for their invovement by regularly interacting with them by email.2) Trying to find out their difficulty both financial and technical reasons.3) After having ascertained their difficulty i shall try mutualy to solve the problems as their sponsor.4) I shall seek the guidance of my upline in helping reassigned psa,s to feel that they are not ignored or bieng bounced around.5) I would by follow up emails give suggestions,ideas and tips for active participation.
