Brainstorming can help you build your team by learning from other team leaders knowledge and experiences. By listening to what they have to say you can garther ideas which you can then use to build your team.
When you post an Ask SC question or use the forum you can brainstorm. When you ask for authors to describe what they would do about a given situation you are brainstorming.
You can learn from other people's experiences which can be good or bad. You can learn by not making the mistakes they made or by following them.
-Identify what it is you want to know
-Locate the individuals who are experienced in that area
-Listen to leaders or entrepreneurs who have tried, failed and succeeded. Read about success stories.
-Ask your Sponsor or Co-sponsor what he/she would do
-Read the Ask SC answers and bookmark the answers that can help with building a team.
-Follow the forum posts and those who inspire you
