What did you recently purchase from TC, and how did you use or enjoy the item.
Did you accomplish a goal? Let them know. They want to believe that you are successful.
Let them know what you have available that they can take advantage of such as free advertising spots. How your team is doing. What have team members recently won, or any new badges and etc. They like to feel they are on a successful team.
Also, I ask them how their family is doing, if they need any assistance, have any questions and then let them know you are available. Answer their messages as quickly as you can. They need to know that you care about them and not just about the money they are making for you.
Let them know a little bit about you as a professional person. Where you worked before SFI, do you have a family, and some general interests you might have.
Have plenty of contests, quizzes, surveys and other interactive material they can respond to.
Send interesting items in your letters. For instance did you take a recent trip and have a great picture of something on the trip? Send them the picture with a short blurb about it.
Be businesslike and professional, but also give them a hint of the personal. That helps them to bond with you and your team.
